A "Must Get" for students

This is by far the most useful app I have for school, I love how simple it is and everywhere I go I have studying at my fingertips. The only thing that could make this better is if it had voice recognition so you could just say the term and definition and the app would type it out - then Id pay even more and give ya 6 stars lol.

Excellent

This app connects with a website where you can upload your decks and access decks loaded by others - a feature I dont personaly use but which others may find useful. I use the app strictly for language vocabulary cards and find its functionality and general appearance excellent for that. (not perfect of course, there are always functions that could be added, but nothing significant). This is my second flashcard app by the way, the first app I downloaded I found difficult to use. This one is simple and intuitive, customizable and pleasing.

Flashcardlet

Really good app. Its clear, simple and intuitive

Great, but...

If only we could add image from within the app, that wouldve earned my last star

Fix Crash NOW!!!

I need this app working ASAP, I used it all last year in University and right now at this moment its crashing when I try to email it.

Useful, has ads, asks to rate

Pretty much.

Great App

Perfect flash card app. Simple, effective, clean UI. Damn thing is free also. Great for a student looking to memorize, learn, and enhance their studying.

Favorite App

This is what I come to whether it be an assessment, test, or exam!

Great tool would like an upgrade

Love this and would love to encourage my friends to use it. Love the ability to share it - but why cant you open a file on a Mac that will show you what you have written? For purposes of review, printing, highlighting, and sharing? I would love to see this feature in an updated version. Oping .FCD files is darn near impossible. Please make this happen!! Even if its something simple like opening it in a PDF!!!!

Great app

This app has been very useful for on-the-go studying. The ability to add images is especially helpful for my laboratory classes, although I wish adding images didnt require using a PC or a Mac. Its nice having hundreds of flashcards on one device instead of real notecards scattered around my room. I definitely recommend this app!

Great flashcard app!

Luv this app so much! It is so helpful for studying notes wherever my phone is. I can quickly open it up anytime and anywhere. Best part is that it is free too, which is what students need. It just has ads which can be removed if you buy the paid version. Plus the ads are not that distracting. Would luv it more if there were some extra features that came with the paid version (like perhaps the ability to highlight words? Or some more customizations), but i understand that this app is built to be simple and easy to use. Thats why I ended up using this app instead of another one i tried.

After looking at so many apps for studying, this I the best one

Cant add images

I downloaded because I thought I could add images and text in a card like I saw in the saw sample but it turns there was no way to add images from card let. It mentions you can download images from quizlet but it doesnt explain how do you get quizlet which I would really want instead if it can do what I want. I tried a search on quizlet and nothing came up.

Useful

I have already use the flash cards for an exam. It might be nice to have a tool bar that has the first word of all the flash cards so you could jump to it, instead of fanning through all of them to that card. But thats not a major negative just a wish list thing. I will use it for another exam within the next few weeks. U of T student

Worst app ever

I spent an entire day writing up flashcards on my computer for a midterm. Today, when I went to sync my phone so I could study (and yes I saved it on my computer multiple times) it deleted EVERYTHING I had worked on. I am so mad. Apps should not have problems like this, I thought you were trusted with your good reviews but now Im facing the fact that I might do horrible on a midterm I had spent so much time on. Dont download this if you want something reliable.

Useful

Ive used this app preparing for several exams and found it helped me a lot. It is nice to have a massive stack of cue cards in my pocket everywhere I go

Could Be Better

I will admit that the app is a great idea but there are issues which have stopped me from using it, including a clunky setup and the fact that Brainscape cannot ensure that your work will be saved. I think the best way to utilise flashcards is to use Keynote. Works on my desktop, iPad and my choice of sync service (spideroak).

Best app EVVVEEERRRR

Helped mee so much studying french is so much better Nguuu

Great Study Tool

It helped to review frequently. And the design and manuals are creative. I could review items in many different ways

Good For Studying

This is a great app for independently studying for test and quizzes. Its also easy to e-mail to your teacher. Overall, I think its a wonderful tool and a great alternative for papers.
